Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in the state of Texas, I have one child and get child support from the father at 20% this is his only child, however he is now about to have another child with a different women and I would like to know what percent my child support would go down if he is put on child support? For two children, his rate will be 25%. However, he has to actually notify the court or child support division of the new child, otherwise he will be paying you the same amount. Also, check here to get a better idea of the amount:
