Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in texas and i currently have a lawyer that wont update me on my case by phone, letter, or email. He sent me one bill showing me a credit balance and told me my July by case would be final. It is now October and still no response I want to fire him and I want some of my money back.

I am sorry to hear that you feel you are having trouble with your lawyer. As a fellow lawyer I can tell you that your lawyer may have a very good reason for his actions.

If you send your lawyer a letter via certified mail, you will certainly get his attention.
