Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I live in Texas and have a spousal maintenance order in effect. My ex-husband changed jobs and will not send his new employer the information to have his wages garnished. He wanted to pay me only by money order himself. He decided he will pay when he wants to and tries to come up with all kinds of excuses to miss payments. I sent the information to his new employer and am expecting to hear back frome them. My question is how do I get back the money that he owes me now because of missed payments?

For the back money: Sue him for contempt.

For the ongoing monthly payments: Ask the District Clerk to "issue" the withholding order for the spousal maintenance (i.e., mail it to the employer via certified mail). It should cost you about $20.
