What's the longest lenth of time it takes for a divorce to be finalized in the state of Texas? My husband filed for a divorce in February 2009. I hired my attorney in May 2009, between the two of these attornys, I have yet to have received any paperwork or notice. . We are trying to dissolve a 30 yr. marriage to which my husband committed adultry.
