Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am having a lot of trouble with my mother in our home... we argue alot and i was wondering can i legally move out of my house?? I am 16 years old going to be 17 in 3 months and i live in el paso texas, i am going to graduate soon, and i have a seven month old daughter... is there anyway i can get away from my mothers home without taking it to court?

Unless you are emancipated, you cannot leave. If you are being abused or negelected, notify a teacher, doctor, relative or CPS to assist you.
