We are in the middle of the divorce process. My husband is currently living with his girl friend. My lawyer gave a notification for deposition on both of them, and I found out that his lawyer represents him and the girlfriend. Can the same lawyer represent both my huband and his girlfriend?

Yes because they are not adverse parties but if there is any conflict between them then each could waive the conflict.
