Minor parents child support
My 15 year old daughter is pregnant by a 15 year old boy. Are his parents responsible for his child support? If not how will we get support if he does not work? Will he have vistation rights if he pays no support?

Even if he pays no child support, he is entitled to visitation. The 2 are mutually exclusive.

The father is responsible for child support. The court would order him to pay child support at a minimum wage level. He could easily earn his child support by working.
