Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
minor pictures
Do I have to give my permission in order for someone else to post a picture of my son? I thought I did.

Re: minor pictures
Your question is unclear.
The answer is maybe.
For school brochures, most schools won't use a photo without parental consent. For many groups, when you sign your child up, you also sign a release allowing them to use your child's photo as they choose.
If the photo could somehow endanger your child's life, I'd consult an attorney or the local police. If your child's name is not used, I'd be less worried about your child being identified.
If your ex has posted the child's photo on the internet under a dating website, most judges will restrict the child's photo because many child predators date women with small children looking for their next victims.
