Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Missing Child Support

What avenues do I have when the father has been ordered to pay child support, and is in hiding? He lives with his mother, who runs interference for him by telling the server she hasn't seen him in weeks, which is not true. I truly would like to collect on the $16,000+ that he owes me, or let him sit in jail until he figures out how.
