Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

not sure where the money for support is going

is it possible to get proof that the child support money is being spent only on the child and proof of a seperate bank account reflecting what has been paid into it and what has been withdrawn solely for the childs needs so the parent that has main possesion isnt using the money for his or her own pleasure?

There is no requirment that child support be strictly accounted for as you suggest. Please don't be so foolish as to make this request to the judge. You would only antagonize the court -- big time.

If so, then you now know where your child support goes.
