Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Motion for Genetic testing

I am being sued for custody of my son (6 yrs old)by a man I know is not the biolgical father, but is listed on paternity papers. He currently has temp custody of him.We both testified that he is the acknowledged father, but I KNOW he isnt. Therefore, my attorney filed a motion for genetic testing. What are the chances that it won't get done, and what role with this play into the custody?

you said you have an attorney. Why can't he answer this question? I know I can't because you're already represented by counsel. Good Luck.
