Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am trying to move to anothet city but my daughter's father said he will take me to court..do I have any options?

we're going to need some more information.

Are you married to your daughter's father? If not, has paternity been established by a Court order? What does that Court order say?

If the daughter is illegitimate, and there is no Court order, you can move anywhere you want to. If Dad wants to have any say in the matter, he can be a man and go into Court and get his parental rights established by Court order. Until then, he is pretty (legally) much a stranger to the child.
