moving out

whats the legal age to moveout in texas? i turn 18 in 4 months

This response presumes that there are no pending court orders which relate to you.

When you are 18 you are an adult, and can move out. You have the legal authority to contract for an apartment, utilities, etc.

When you are 17, you are no longer a runaway under the law, and if you notify the authorities and/or your parents of your location, you are not considered a missing person.
