I had my newborn he was 34 weeks . He came out health and no problems just early . He tested for weed in his system . So cps got called my baby was released to my mom , we haven't not signed no cps papers nothing so what do I need to do ? Can I have him now I don't know what to do

Sometime soon, CPS will notify you of a HEARING. They may or may not actually serve you with a petition before the hearing.
The Judge at the hearing will do whatever CPS wants him to do.
You need a lawyer, and you should plan to bring him about $5000 up front.
