Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If i dont wont anything owned between the two of us what do i need to do about getting a final devorice from my wife to keep down all the fussing and confusion and or family voliance?

You need to file for a divorce. If there is violence, then you need to ask for temporary orders in the family court. Do not do this yourself.
