Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My parental rights was taken away from me. The children was adopted out. Is there any way that I can try to get my children back. I feel like they shouldn't have been able to adopt them out from under me when I had a mental disability. I have since moved out of state and I am wondering if I could try to get them back living in this state. I have also received help for my mental disability. Do I have any rights at all?

I'm assuming that the termination case was in a Texas Court.

You have 20 days to appeal.

If the appeal time is over, you're pretty much stuck. There's a remedy called an equitable bill of review, but you probably don't qualify, and most lawyers don't know how to do an equitable bill anyway.
