parental rights
while my exhusband is in jail pending trial date, trial, and sentencing for 5 felonies : can I sue him for parental rights eventhough I have sole custody of our child. If so what are the chances I would get his parental rights taken from him?

really depends on the judge. some judges think guys might come around some day. others think until another father steps in to assume parental rights that the first father's rights should not be terminated.
