What part of the papers do I need to fill out for the finally divorce decree to take to my court date for divorce

I'm not sure what you are asking.

You need to fill out all paperwork that the county requires. That would include the State of Texas BVS (Bureau of Vital Statistics) form. Look on-line for your court and see if they list all the forms you need.

You don't state if you have minor children. That would usually include additional forms such as the federal wage withholding order and the federal medical child support order.
