Third party discipline
I am in the process of a divorce. My soon to be ex-wife is living with another man. He has a domestic violence charge pending agaist him for beating his ex-wife up. He has now taken the liberty of spanking my children. Is this legal without my consent? Does the fact that he has charges pending make any difference?

I assume that you have an attorney representing you. If so, you need to let him/her know about spanking.
If you don't have an attorney, you need one.
