Passport fro a minor
My daughter father has refused to sign the form so my daughter can get her passport, he is being spiteful because he has asked me to take him off child suport and l didn't, apart fron going to court to take full custody is there anyother way to have her get a passport.

Cite him to come to court and tell the judge why he would not sign the form. Get an order from the judge. make him pay attorneys fees and court costs within 15 days. maybe when he gets the citation, he'll sign the order. If not, Good Luck.
