Passport for a minor
my daugters father has refuesed to sign the passport form, he's being dispiteful because he had asked me get him off child support but l didn't, apart from going to court to take full custody of my child, is there any other way of her getting a passport, my dad past away and l need to travel abroad in july.

Petition the court for an order allowing you to obtain the passport without his permission.
