Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have had several people in my town, some of whom I do business with, call me and let me know my EX spouse has reached out to them to ask random questions. Problem being, this EX spouse is representing themselves as still being MY SPOUSE. What should I do to get them to stop?

You can't stop someone from lying about you. Lying is still (usually) legal.

Is there any possibility that he's going to engage in FRAUD (based on making people think you're still married to him)?
