percentage of income given as child support

What is the average/normal percentage of a persons income that is given to the primary custodial parent in child support for 2 children?

Basically, it would be 25% of a person's net resources as the State of Texas defines them.

If the non custodial parent has other minor children, then the 25% would be reduced depending on the number of other children.
