Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

can a person help another person in familly court that was pro se on there case but needs help to stand up for that person.

You aren't allowed to practice law without a license. You aren't allowed to "stand up" for somebody in court unless you have a law license.

You can draft pleadings for him if you like.
