a personal injury settlement in a divorce

What I would like to is- My soon to be ex-wife was involved in an accident 4yrs ago while we were married. since then she had filed for divorce and the case of the accident has been settled out of court. The attorney that settled it sent the settlement to the court where our divorce is being handled. All iam asking for is 15,000.00 out of 19,500.00 cash and 2 rental houses worth app.125,000.00. What part of this can i look forward to if any?

The pain and suffering part of the settlement is seperate property, if she receives $ for lost wages then you may be entitled some, call our office for more help if neccesary.
