Posting pictures on the internet

My ex and I have a child together.he has gotten married to someone that has posted pictures on myspace as her main picture that anyone can see with her last name on it. Obviously, this is endangering my daughter. Is there anything that I can legally do about this?

You will have to prove endangerment. Publicity about myspace is only part of the picture for proof. If you can get the proof together, you could file a motion to modify and obtain a TRO seeking a permanent injunction. Good Luck.
