Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

what property rights do I have? My boyfriend and I have live together for the past 7years. The 1st 3 years he lived with me, and then he brought a house that we both have moved in together, planning to get married.. Now not getting married and he is saying "this is my house I can put you out when ever I want to" what legel rights do I have?

Since you state that you have no informal marriage, you are tenants in common. You own your property, and he owns his. You are a legal resident of the house, and he can't "kick you out" -- but he can file for an eviction and ask the court to force you out. If you have made monetary improvements to the house, and/or made mortgage payments, you may be entitled to a reimbursement of those monies.
