Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I want to put the father if my child on child support but i understand if i do he has the right to pick him up n take him with him but if the father told me he was molested by his uncle when he was younger and he stays with that uncle can i ask for no overnight vistits just because i fear for the safety of my child the uncle was never charged but i have text messages to show proof that he told me this about his uncle

Yes, you can ask the Judge to make any kind of visitation order that's in the child's best interest. Overnight visitation isn't automatic - although if the child is over age 3, there is a rebuttable presumption that a Standard Possession Order is in the child's best interest.
