What few questions should be asked, when a parent is filing for custody?

Wow! That's broad!

You need to pay an attorney to sit down with them and "pick their brain" for an hour!!

The main question asked is "what is in the best interest of the child"? That question is never defined in the Texas Family Code so it's left up to each individual judge to answer. That is the $1 dollar answer!

People litigate this question each year in Texas for millions of dollars. Lawyers get paid millions of dollars each year trying to figure out the answer!
