Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I received my divorce decree (by mail) signed by my husband his attorney and the judge but I have not signed it nor agree with everything in the decree. At rhe end it sates "relief not granted,unsure what that means. Am I divorced and without my agreement?

I don't know what your decree says. Most decrees have a provision which states that all relief requested and not specifically granted is denied. The purpose of this language is to make the decree a final judgment. If your decree has similar language and in previous pleadings a divorce was requested, you would be divorced. If you do not agree with the decree, you should promptly take it to an attorney to review to determine what your options are.
