Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i just recently went to court for child support and when i asked the mother of my daughter if i could see her she said no and that she was going to wait till march whenever she gets the first child support check..can she do that??? What could i do???

Child support has nothing to do with visitation. You must both follow the court order. Assuming the court order has a visitation schedule, you can file a motion to enforce the visitation provisions of the court order by contempt.
