not recieving child support but shows coming out of check

I was wondering If I could take the company spouse works for to the Justice of the Peace and have a lien put against the companys tangible property in order to get the child support they been holding out of the check but not sending to the county for the last year in order to get the support for the kids

Wow! This never happens. The company is liable. You don't need a lien. You need the employer to be ordered by the Judge to pay the money they are withholding. The employer is acting as a fiduciary so the burden on the employer is very high to make sure the payments are made promptly.
