Is Refinancing an Auto for a divorce needed?
I--name removed--considering filing for a divorce. My husband and I recently purchased a new truck and it is in my name and he is the co-buyer. Would he need to re-finance it in order to get the divorce and I would have no responsiblity for it after it is final?

I doubt that the finance co. would consider your divorce a factor in refinancing the truck. You might seek this relief in the decree and see what happens. The court could order your X to seek refinancing.
