Remarriage
My divorce was granted in Oklahoma. I don't want to wait 6 months to remarry. Is it possible to go to another state, e.g. Texas and marry before the 6 months is completed? Will this be a legal marriage? Thank you

I know nothing about Oklahoma law, and maybe you can specifically re-post this to Oklahoma lawyers.
If an Oklahoma divorce decree is not final or valid for 6 months though, it doesn't matter where you go to remarry, it won't make that divorce decree any more valid.
If I have misunderstood your question, please email me directly. My guess though is that you need to be talking to an Oklahoma attorney.
