retirement pension

Married in Texas 8 1/2 years ago, husband retired after we were married for 5 years, now recieves a retirement pension every month, am I leagally entitled to any of his retirement upon our divorce?

Yes. See a lawyer to get your share. It's not automatic and would be worth paying a lawyer depending upon how much the pension is.
