Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Rights to a child

My boyfriend went through a bad divorce about 10 years ago. He and his ex shared custody of their child. Soon, his ex and her side of the family started causing problems whenever he had their son. CPS was called on him several times by her side of the family, and yet each time he was cleared with no doubts or questions. It soon became such a problem, that not knowing what else to do, my boyfriend legally gave up his rights to the child. Now, 10 years later, I was wanting to know if it's possible for this to change. Can he legally regain his rights to see his child?

Re: Rights to a child

Not likely. All the evidence is stale; and even if there was a snowball's chance, the cost would be staggering.
