rights of a teen
what rights does a 15 y/o girl have when the parents are divorce and the father has visitation rights, however, the teen does not want to go and be with the father. teen ager currently lives with mother and father has not seen her in last 2 years and now appears all of the sudden. can teen refuse to go away w/father?

Visitation rights are the result of a court order. Failure to abide by a court order can be contempt of court. If good reason exists not to go with the father, you should obtain a motion to modify. That is the right way to do things. Refusing to follow a court order is not the right way to do these things.
