Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Do I need to sign this

My parents are trying to take my rights away from my son. Their lawyer has sent me a document to sign, but as I read it it is saying to me that if I sign this it will dismiss a hearing set for March 28th to dismiss for want of prosecution. Does that mean they have nothing on me and the judge wants to dismiss the case and give me my son back? And do I need to file a motion for dismissal? I'm clueless and need help BAD!!!

It sounds like if you sign the Judge will CONTINUE the case against you. However, without seeing the document I'm merely guessing.
