Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Signature

My current husband is in prison. I am preparing my own divorce papers according to my divorce papers from my first husband. on those papers, no signature was required of my ex husband and divorce was granted. do i need my current husbands signature in order to get divorced, and if so, where does his signature go? also, how do i go about filing the divorce. i've made 2 copies of the papers, do i send him one and file the other or what do i do? we are not fighting over property or child custody

This is not a self-help website. A lawyer cannot ethically give you step by step instructions on how to fill out papers and what to do with them. You might be able to find a chat room to help you with these questions.
