Sole Custody

How does my brother go about getting sole custody of his children? Here are the specifics. Never married have four young children. Lived together for five years. My brothers woman left him and his four kids at my house 3 months ago. They have been here since.

He needs a Suit affecting the Parent Child Relationship to get legal custody of the children. Desertion by the mother might be sufficient for sole custody. He would be much better off to find an attorney to assist him in this.
