Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my son got tooken from my husband and i a month ago becuase they said he was underweight. He weighed 16 pounds at 7 months and he weighed 6 pound 11 oz at birth. anyways on this paper i signed the last sentence says that the out of home placement can be revoked by me at anytime! so if that is the case can i go and get my son? wont they just take my husband and i to court. that's what we want anyways. My question is since the paper says that i can revoke it at anytime can i just go and get my son and bring him home with me?

I suggest that you let a lawyer look at the "paper" and read the whole thing and then give you an opinion. You want to be careful about assuming something based on a single sentence in a document.
