My sons dad is threatening to not bring back my child following his weekend visitation. What do I do to get my son back? What are the consequences for him?

First thing to do: If he doesn't bring the child back, see if the local police will help you (sometimes they will). They may ask for a certified copy of your decree.

Next: File an application for a writ of habeas corpus. And a motion for contempt, if you feel like it.
