Is there a specific form to get educational rights for children? Do they vary pending school district? We have been raising my 2 nieces (ages 15 and 10) and nephew (age 13) for the last five years, being sole providers. We do not have legal custody, but both parents are, for the most part out of the picture. I would like to enroll them n the school district ii am currently teaching in but they refuse because of lack of legal custody.

The correct course of action is to obtain managing conservatorship over the children.
