Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a second spouse with no children with my husband. He has three grown sons from previous marriage. His name is on property (house & 10 acres) that he owned before marriage. We have refinanced with my name as guarantor. We also have a business that he had before we married. He is 100% owner of the corporation, but in the 20 years we've been together it's value has increased by $4 million. He is also partner in two other businesses that he's started while we've been married. My name is on neither. He has no will. What am I entitled to in the event of his death or a divorce. We are in Texas

You are entitled to 100% of the community property and one-third of the separate personal property and a life estate only in one-third of separate real property. See sections 201.001 and 201.002 of the Texas Estates Code.
