My spouse filed for divorce in Feb 2009.
I am un-employed and cannot to afford an attorney.
I have asked my spouse repeatedly to finalize the divorce.
What can I do to finalize the divorce?

You'd file an answer and counter-petition for divorce, and then ask the Court to set the case for trial. The filing fee for a counter-petition is $20.
The court would probably NOT set it for trial immediately, but would order mediation first.
