Spouses living apart

Does Texas have a time frame that a married person can live apart from the other spouse and be considered divorce. If you do not live with your spouse for over a period of three years or more. Are you still married or does it dissolve the marriage?

Living apart for three years is considered ground for a fault based divorce. You still need to file suit. Tex. Fam. Code Sec 6.006
