Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in the state of Texas, I gave up my parental rights to my daughter but always kept in touch, her grandparents have full custody. They have been very good letting me see her and keep her. They are in process of moving and have not given me any guarentee or time that I can see or and I am scared I am going to loose touch with her, is there anything I can do.
