Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

it states that the non-custodial parent will receive the child the day school is out for thanksgiving and should be returned thst following sunday before school starts..my question is does this apply to children who are not in school?

Look at the schedule for the schools in the school district where the children reside. That's the schedule you use, even for children who aren't in school.

Notice that your order doesn't say anything at all about the children themselves being in school.
