My stepdad changed my name when I was young and he raised me as his own he didn't leave a will but adopted two children later on he passed who is entitled to an inheritance

Assuming you were NOT adopted and he died unmarried: The other two children are entitled to an inheritance and you are not. If you were not formally adopted, you might persuade the court to recognize an equitable adoption or adoption by estoppel. That's a complicated case to make and does not always work.
