Step-daughter wants to move back in.
I am married and my husband has 3 daughters. One of which wants to move back in she is 30 years old. I do not want her to move in. Do I have any legal course of action to prevent this? The house is in both of our names. Married 11 years.

No. Not unless you want a divorce, in which case more would need to be known about the house and who would be taking possession of the house.
